This isn’t actually that surprising, because as John Mueller has often said that pages that haven’t been changed for long periods of time do not get googlebot visits as frequently as pages and sites that are updating frequently. So some webmasters can wait weeks or even months to get those pages reindexed.
If you are one of the ones still waiting for Googlebot to visit, there are three ways you can prompt Googlebot to revisit those pages, so you can get your mobile ranking boost, particularly if you do tend to get a significant amount of mobile traffic and you saw a decline in the week or so after the April 21st launch date.
