Dan Shure spotted the test. Here is what it looks like in the search results:
When you click through, it takes you to an interface with multiple options to narrow down the job search. And you can also select the type of job category, with Google listing a wide variety of job areas, covering everything from customer service to construction, and legal to fitness.
You can also see the source of the job listing, such as Glassdoor.
You can click on the job to see more detail.
Dan Shure also made a video showing it in action:

This isn’t surprising to see this. There are many very low quality job listing sites in the search results that are there to earn ad revenue rather than to help potential job seekers. So this is Google’s own answer to increasing that quality while sourcing information from third parties.
However, that third party issue is interesting, since it seems Google is simply reproducing job listings from other sites. But that is pretty common in the industry, with many job listing sites merely reposting jobs from other sites.
This does seem to be a very limited test at this tine.
