Gary Illyes posted on Google+ today that he is looking for companies, agencies and webmasters who would be willing to meet with him to talk about how people are managing site’s content and infrastructure. The only downside is that you need to be located in Sydney or Singapore and be available during May.
This is a pretty unique opportunity, although if you do participate, don’t expect to be given the secret sauce to the Google algo… although it would have been a nice added perk!
If you are interested, you can fill out the form here: http://goo.gl/3WvQeZ or +reply to Gary on Google+.
Here is the full post:
I’m looking for 5 to 10 companies, agencies, and website owners in Sydney and Singapore willing to let me ask a few questions about how they are managing their sites’ content and infrastructure. We would like to better understand the developers, designers, content creators, SEOs, and decision makers; I would take notes and ask questions and then compile an internal report about my findings.
We would meet at your office or at a neutral place like coffee shop or lunch/dinner between 2nd and 21st of May.
This is related to a post I made a few months back: https://plus.google.com/+GaryIllyes/posts/1RosMjCjrEz
If you’re interested, please fill out the form from the linked post, or create a new post an + mention me.
It is always great that Google is looking to solicit feedback from – and pick the brains of – webmasters. Some webmasters and SEOs have some pretty great ideas of what would make Google Webmaster Tools better and more useful and we have seen many suggestions implemented over the years.
