Serptests spotted the test, and although it is a pretty minor one, it does make the sitelinks pop out as individual links a bit more.

And here is the old style with the usual dash separators that Google has been using for years, for the same search query.
This change appears to be a very limited test, as I was unable to replicate it. But this is definitely a change I hope is expanded a bit more, especially if Google is seeing a rise in the CTR on those sitelinks with the slight change.
