Google Maps Views Seeking Focus Study Participants

Google is looking for participants for a three day online focus group for those who are users of Google Maps Views.

This study is an opportunity to provide feedback on Google Maps Views. This study will help the Google Maps Views team better understand why and how you use the product to help inform ongoing development.

The online focus group study will be done entirely online, which means you can participate from either home or the office.  The study will take place over three days, December 2-4, and participants are expended to participate about 40 minutes each day.  There is the possibility of additional questions requiring answering on December 5th.

If you are chosen, you will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, so you likely won’t be able to blog about what you see.  But you will receive a $125 VISA gift certificate for participating.

You need to fill out a survey, which asks about your current participating on Google Maps Views, along with the username you use, so it does seem they are looking for those who are active participants in it.

If you are interested, you can find the sign up form here.  And if you haven’t heard of Google Maps Views, you can learn more about it here and learn how to submit your own photos to the collection.
