Google has updated their Google cache header to now include links to show not just the usual rendering of the cached page, but also includes links for both the text-only version of the cached page and a view source version.
Here is the text-only version:
This change will make it much easier for SEOs who are looking for specific information – looking for spam, evidence of hacking or just troubleshooting other issues on a page that you want to see cached information for.
Previously, people could run text crawlers to see the text version of a page – even as Googlebot – but showing it exactly as Google is seeing at ranking it is very useful.
The change seems to be live for all users now.
